ACS Hillingdon school rules revolve around the word 'RESPECT' which can be defined as 'having due regard for the feelings, wishes and rights of one's self and others'.
Respect the Environment
Understanding and being RESPECTFUL is an essential skill for everyone. Children live in a world where the digital and non-digital, offline and on-line worlds and blurred, but being RESPECTFUL can help them to safely navigate and use technology in a balanced, responsible and informed way. The Digital Citizenship programme is explored with RESPECT as its central concept. Staff work together to help the students make good choices, think and act respecfully!
Acceptable Use Agreement
There is an Acceptable Use Agreement (AUA) which is an extension of the school rule of RESPECT which parents and students all sign. A copy is displayed in every room and is discussed and reinforced throughout the year.
